Yes, each and every single piece is really like wearable original art. Until recently Santoo has personally made the jewelry but with the increasing popularity of these pieces he can’t keep up with demand. So he’s training about ten other silver jewelry craftsmen how to make this design. PARTS OF JAIPUR CITY ARE VERY POOR. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU DOING TO HELP?

Jaipur City is filled with contrasts. You can go from staying at the 2nd best hotel in the world “The Oberoi Rajvilas” as advertised in the Robb Report to poverty you can’t begin to imagine. The team working on our jewelry is supervised by Dr. Saurab Sharma (we call him Sam). Both Sam and his wife Sarita are physicians who will soon be opening a health clinic near where the jewelry is made. By working with us Sam is raising money to set up the clinic, obtain supplies, etc. The silversmiths who work for us will be given free health care at this clinic which we think is very cool.

The really exciting thing is that Sam asked if they could use the Infinite Possibilities design as the logo for the clinic. Of course we said “YES!” and we hope to visit India for the grand opening some time in 2009.

Once we get this whole initiative really moving, we will invest some of the proceeds into ‘micro-loans’ that will help others set up their own small businesses.

Of course we can’t even imagine that happening! But if for some reason it does you can return it in original condition and packaging within 30 days or purchase for a full refund of the actual product cost.

HOW SOON AFTER ORDERING WILL MY JEWELRY BE SHIPPED?

Usually for regular orders we get your jewelry in the mail within 48 hours. Sometimes we need to wait for new inventory to ship from India and in that case it may take 4 to 6 weeks. That’s particularly true for large orders of certain products.
